An Act to Amend the Trespass Act
His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1 Section 1 of the Trespass Act, chapter 117 of the Revised Statutes, 2012, is amended by repealing the definition “forest land” and substituting the following:
“forest land” means any land lying outside the boundaries of a city or town and not cultivated for agrcultural purposes on which trees of any stage of development, including seedlings or saplings from a plantation or arising from natural regeneration, and shrubs, plants or grass are growing, together with roads on the land, other than public highways, but does not include the lands referred to in subsection 5(1) or section 6. 2 Paragraph 6(1)(g) of the Act is repealed.
